Job description
1、According to the regional market situation, formulate regional sales strategies, lead the team, and complete the business indicators issued by the company;

2. Develop regional customers, be responsible for the maintenance of customers in the region, and deeply tap the potential needs of large customers;

3. Regularly report the sales situation in the region and the next stage of the sales plan;

4. Responsible for the training, assistance and management of agents in the region;

5. Cooperate with the marketing department to complete the annual market plan;

6. Complete the assessment in accordance with the company's performance appraisal requirements.

Note: This position is a regional sales manager, resident: South China, North China, East China, Northwest China


Qualifications
1、College degree or above, major in biopharmaceutical, chemistry and other related majors, more than 3 years of work experience is preferred;

2. Rigorous and conscientious working attitude, adaptability, planning ability and sales planning ability are required;       

3. Good communication and cooperation skills and strong team spirit.
